Honestly, it felt like it was too much of a set-up for me. Having Antman isolated in the Quantum realm was just too convenient and it felt like Marvel was just looking for a foundation for the script they had for this movie that wasn't even as good as the previous ones.

Sure the final fight with Thanos is more than epic, but I expected more than that. I wanted substance and a plot that didn't rely on "quantum" for all the questions and explanations.

The amazing fight scenes and CGI aren’t enough to mask the fact that the overall plot of going back in time to change reality is just plain stupid and lazy - and this is addressed to the writers. I did know that there was gonna be some time travel involved, but the way Marvel explained and executed it didn't too well for me. They can't get away with just putting it all in "Quantum.”

"Avengers: Endgame" does things mostly right. Characters get their moments and the the film creates a looming sense of dread not common in the MCU. Overall, it's the most ceremoniously perfect way to close the book on an adventure that's been over one decade in the making.

The Russo brothers have accomplished the impossible. Bring dozens of characters from over twenty different films over an eleven year period together for a slam-bang final confrontation with their greatest foe, the alien megalomaniac Thanos. The original cast from the first Avengers all do a good job and some characters (especially the likes of Iron Man and Captain America) get to demonstrate their dramatic chops.It is a long sit though and some characters do get short-changed. Perhaps that was inevitable. But it's really nit-picking while so much else works so well. The payoff for the closing climax is probably the most satisfying ending to a superhero movie in years.

okay so as i walked into the theater getting my snack getting ready to see this movie i had no idea what i was in for but i personally adored it so much action and humor the 3 hours flew by i do suggest however if your theater lets you go refill your snacks do so but the movie is fantastic also like the previous movie there are scenes innapropriate for small kids so please watch when deciding to take them but be ready to be blown away so so good best movie of the month just as before be careful with the youngest of kids
