Lots of bark and little bite - this vampire tale is part Collateral and part Twilight - but with a bit more gore, though most of the action takes place in the background or just off screen, probably to keep things in the PG-13 range rather than push for a harder R. A lot is left up in the air about the history (one thinks this would make a better short series than single film) but it's still fun despite the tropes and lack of a larger plot.
