This is shockingly good for what on the surface looks like a Hallmark movie. It handles homophobia and AIDS with commendable sensitivity. The acting is amazing from practically the whole cast. Despite the marketing the film is NOT an action movie, despite one or two fight scenes that, while not particularly special to look at, work well enough.
