Director Kaufman takes a more visceral approach to remaking the paranoid sci-fi gem. The leafy visuals he crafts work, for the most part, resulting in a film that isn't as intensely scary as it is generally unsettling. The spiraling invasion is done well and the film builds and builds into a catastrophic finale.

A decent adaptation of this venerable story. The acting keeps you interested, the story is both creepy yet relevant and the casting is well done. It may not be the best horror/sci-fi ever, but it's better than most.

Good movie, was freaky. I enjoyed it. The end scene is classic and amazing.
