Chuck Norris vehicle that plays out more like a John Birch Society manifesto rather than an actual written movie. There's a couple okay action scenes and a LOT of explosions sure, but the whole endeavor is so witless.

...as much of a joke Norris' films are...this one is pretty classic-bad. That being said, there is a scene involving a lady snorting up with a metal straw that is one-of-a-kind.
