First of all, it is hard to realize how many big names are in this movie until you see the credits but they all defer the spotlight to Jack Black in this hilarious animated film from Dreamworks. The message is great and Jack Black punctuates the movies with his special brand of humor and really carries the movie well. I think the real gem of this movie is the artwork of the epic battle scenes and how they are cut and put together. It borrows from anime and epic martial arts movies like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and the visuals just really shine through in this one. Visually interesting movie that is so funny it'll make you say 'stop, I'm gonna pee'. Don't miss this one!

A slick animated adventure with likable characters that doesn't waste a lot of time with supporting sidekick moments or filler musical numbers; Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman are a lot of fun, and Ian McShane makes for a commanding villain. Final Grade: B

Though not animated "perfection" as many critics/people may try to make you believe - it is still a "good flick." I guess I was set up for more. You want a 2008 animated film not only worth seeing over & over, but also worth passing on to younger generations & friends alike?? Go with Wall-E.

you might not like this movie if you don't like Jack Black, but then...you suck. (I'm kidding) seriously this movie's awesome, but only for those of you who enjoy laughing. It's got a panda that was raised by a bird, and the Panda doesn't know that he was adopted. And his bird dad wants him to take over the family business and run a noddle shop. Noodles, KungFu, Panda, what more do ya need?

Let those among us without humor cast the first stone. I don't care who you are, "Kung Fu Panda" was hilarious. It's possibly the best-written animated film since "Ratatouille," and also one of the best ensemble casts in years. You not only have an hilarious leading man, but a truly artistically brilliant supporting cast including Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Angelina Jolie, and the brilliant Dustin Hoffman. I'm 20 years old and found this absolutely HILARIOUS!

I love this movie! Fun and funny. Chinese Themes remind me to Disney's Mulan, but of course it's different. I like the fight scenes. Dreamworks animation did a great job!

A solid outing from Dreamworks, if you like old Kung-Fu movies it pays homage and parodies them well. The animation is decent and the fight scenes are handled beautifully. While it's not going to raise the bar for future outings it does the job and is a fun time waster. Would have bumped up the score if McShane called someone a cocksucker.

A simple, fun kids movie with some exciting fight scenes and a surprisingly great villain. A real blast.
