Omg. My ass was in pain the last hour. What a long f***ing movie, and I sat through the 5 hour version of F&A... but this was.. painful. Good movie, but it had like 7 different endings. It WOULDN'T END!

Jack said in, what I think if I don't remember wrong, was the first trailer: "The most extraordinary tale ever told, will come to life". He was dang right. And TROTK adds the cherry to the top of one of the best trilogies ever. The remarkable aspect in this one is the final battle... I mean, I never seen anything like that before, the music, the CGI... everything matchs perfect, and you don't even notice the difference between the real stuff and the unreal. The music is the best of the three and, this one is my favorite of the trilogy. Can't miss this film.

Some feel this is the best of them all the many endings leave a bad taste in my mouth. Somehow the action tops the "Two Towers" and when they all bow down in respect to the hobbits the movie comes full circle. It was this moment where the film should have ended and it was this moment that sums up the movie?s greatness and emotional roller coaster.

A fitting end to what is a fantastic trilogy. I think each film just improved upon the last - yes, the endings are a bit much, but to do justice to the novel, that's the way it should be.

Don't get me wrong, I liked this movie a lot...until it got to the 8th ending (or at least it seemed like eight). When a screen goes white after 3.5 hours it should be the end!
