Three-dimensional characters inhabit a fantasy world in this episodic, but engaging drama that centers around the world of professional poker; the love story barely works, but fans of the game will find plenty to absorb. Favorite Scene: Eric Bana bets he can run several miles and then play 18-holes of golf and finish under par within a few hours. Final Grade: B

This is by far one of the worst films I've seen in a very long time! Eric Bana is almost painful to watch in this role and Drew Barrymore does a wonderful job of keeping her reputation of not being able to act up. This movie made me completely annoyed in the pretentious way it tried to come off as if poker is this amazing underground past time filled with thugs, hard asses and dramatic moments. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
