Damon Wayans stars as an ex-marine with some very obvious and severe mental issues who is tasked to look after a bunch of kids, hopefully without killing them in the process. A disturbing premise that is trite and churns out a few laughs. To date this is the only other thing I remember seeing Karyn 'Hillary Banks' Parsons in.

This film is pretty funny. Somethin different from Damon Wayans. The JROTC element reminds me of Child's Play 3, but without the horror and killer doll. LOL.

Whoever came up with this title is a genius. NOT! My brother picked this film I think. I wasn't really that into it.

An apt title as it is a major pain to sit through this unwatchable mess. Just because you throw a Wayans brother in a film does not make it funny though no one seems to learn this lesson. Please avoid for your own health.
