Miracle on 34th Street (1994) is not as good as the 1947 film of the same name, as it does get a bit over the top. However, its heart is in the right place, and it's a great feel-good movie for the holidays. Richard Attenborough is terrific as Kris Kringle. The scene between him and Mara Wilson was so adorable.

Though this doesn't have the magic of the original film, it still manages to conjure up sufficient holiday spirit and Richard Attenborough turns in a charming, full-bodied performance as Kris Kringle.

They didn't need to remake this film. The Natalie Wood version was good enough.
