Not only a very in my opinion underrated comedy masterpiece with a wonderful multi talented cast, besides Tropic Thunder off the top of my head the funniest thing Jack Black has ever done. I mean there’s funny, then theirs Black in this movie. Tom Hank’s son Colin Hanks carries the lead effortlessly in the only role I’ve ever seen him in. A truly talented actor in his own right. You can see some similarities to his father’s natural instincts but he’s his own actor. John Lighatow as his dad in movie shines in a smaller role. Fullest recommendation.

An above average comedy, saved mainly by the team of the believable Colin Hanks and Jack Black at his least annoying. Some very funny scenes, and the movie plays to the common fears of growing up and figuring out one's future.

Orange County is a simple story of young man who tries and tries to get to a certain college where his favorite writer (and hero) teaches at. It has a good story, simple, but good. Its got some very Jack Black-humor in it as well. It's a funny movie, with some good characters. Not great, but good.
