A little too "Hollywood" for my taste. I feel sports movies are the hardest movies to make so I am trying not to judge this movie too harshly, but this movie is not very good and is fairly annoying.

Gooding Jr. gives an inspired performance, proving that he still has the acting chops, despite his sometimes debatable film decisions. The rest of the film, however, is by-the-books and pulls out every emotional cliche in the book. Sometimes, this works, but, oftentimes, it's too much of "been there, done that."

A fine film that I truly liked and it touched me. Cuba Gooding, Jr. was incredible in his portrayal of Radio. A great film that I would recommend to anyone.
