An underappreciated Disney gem, complete with a gentle soundtrack, some elegant traditional animation, and memorable characters. Nostalgic throwback to the Disney films of the 40's.

I can't think of a Disney animated movie that I enjoy more or that packs as much nostalgia punch as Robin Hood. There are so many great moments, the music and character design are so good. A joy to share with my boys. i'm subtracting some points because the animation continuity is noticeably sloppy.

I can't say this ranks in the pantheon of Disney classics, but I can say that this might be the most-watched film out of all their animated movies. I seriously wore out the video tape when I was younger - great memories for a great film.
