Though Valley Girl could have been made into a great movie, it wasn't, which surprised me because it was an 80's movie with a great storyline. Overall, the movie was shallow, with lots of bad acting, cliques, and non-originality. It had a predictable ending, which didn't add to the quality of this movie at all.

Cage is so good in this show that it doesn't matter that it's so dated. Loved it when it came out, still love it today.
