Plot: The Wild West is oft thought of as the domain of gunslinging men, but rough-riding, gun-toting Calamity Jane can hold her own with the best of them - including friend/rival/possible lover Wild Bill HIckock. Not good in terms of westerns or biographies, but an alright musical and comedy. Doris Day and Howard Keel are really good together.
