There's half a dozen concepts intersecting in "The Fury" and they come together quite well, turning this bizarre thriller into one of the most intense films in Brian De Palma's filmography.

The highlight of this telekinesis sci-fi is the famous conclusion, but, a lot of it is pretty slow-moving and cheesy. The child actors feel (as is usually the case) like they are over-acting.
