Terribly directed action scenes and just too many campy jokes make this an obnoxious viewing experience. Demi Moore is an inspired choice to play the villain though. Still, there's plenty of eye candy to make it "tolerable" in the loosest of terms.

I hated everything about this movie. From the cheesy special effects, to the one-liners, to the horrible acting - there isn't anything remotely funny, exciting, or satirical about the way this film is made.
