Plot: Harry and his new distaff partner, Inspector Kate Moore, must track down a group of tree-hugging terrorists who've kidnapped the city's mayor and are demanding a $2 million ransom. It recreates enough of the first "Dirty Harry" on top of including some new additions to the formula. Callahan discovering a hearty respect for a female inspector is a well-intended change even if it's not extraordinarily fleshed out.

Another pointless, inferior sequel to Dirty Harry that's totally lacking in subtlety. Tyne Daly adds a slightly different spin as his female sidekick, but it's all purely by the numbers.

Again, very much like the first two films. Giving Harry a female partner was a fun idea.
