Disorienting and minimally engaging, the premise sounds good in theory, but doesn't work so well when put into action. "Hardcore Henry" feels like a long cutscene for a bad video game, terrible dialogue and underdeveloped characters and all.

I know this movie won't appeal to everyone because of the whole first-person perspective angle, but for someone raised on FPS video games, this is what I imagine the future of virtual reality to be like - plus I think all the work that went on in the stunt department had to be amazing. Tons of action and lots of violence but so much fun - and a great soundtrack to boot!

Our (silent) main character is thrust into a terrible situation and has to fight his way to end. The plotting is thin, only giving excuses to …

There was so much camera movement I got sick after 20 minutes of watching. I stuck it out for another half hourbefore I got so dizzy I had to leave. Just couldn't stand it anymore. From what I saw there was tons of blood and guts and the body count was in the hundreds,
