Plot: Based on the true story of Brian Banks, an up-and-coming high school star football player who is committed to USC, until he finds his life changed forever when he is wrongly convicted of a crime. The ever underrated Aldis Hodge shines in this effective drama about a promising athlete unjustly accused and imprisoned for sexual assault. The film focuses on Banks’ fight to clear his name. Greg Kinnear is good as the crusading attorney assisting his case.
