This wickedly dark comedy-thriller is smart, engaging, suspenseful, and even humorous. I thought it was gonna turn out to be overrated, but man this is a great movie. It’s a movie which doesn’t waste its time either. Once the twists and obstacles start piling up, so does the tension. Parasite is deserving of winning Best Picture. It’s the type of satirical thriller that Hollywood wants to make but it lost the will to do so. Maybe this will inspire an aspiring director one day.

Takes the idea of class warfare to a whole new level as Bong Joon-Ho biting satire pitting the haves vs. the have-nots is certainly worthy of all the accolades it has received. With a dynamite cast, some interesting twists, the right amount of tension and some unexpected violence - this has it all.

I admire Bong Joon-Ho as a director, especially his Korean movies. Not to say I dislike his English language films like 'Snowpiercer' and 'Okja', but in my personal opinion those don't match the same quality as his Korean movies and there isn't a sex pest trying to control his work. Anywhere, Bong Joon-Ho is one of the best working directors alive and 'Parasite' proves it.
