Donald Sutherland and Jaeden Martell's scenes together make "Mr. Harrigan's Phone" palatable. But once the old man is dead the movie dies with him, and all that's left behind is a not so scary Twilight Zone concept tinged with themes that other Stephen King stories have explored so much more thoroughly.
