Aside from Olwen Fouéré it feels like most of the actors (even the oft-reliable Dakota Fanning) are mostly just going through the motions. Story is okay but the film fails to generate many scares or much tension along the way. The Watchers may be worth a watch but it's not going to stick with you.

Not especially scary or surprising, "The Watchers" is all concept that never develops into a proper story.
