A kid named Max encounters a genie named Kazaam (Shaquille O'Neal). The film portrays having a second chance, parenting and even getting into detention. Product placements from Pepsi and Reebok since Shaq is their endorser. So many cheesy lines and too childish sequences. The rap scenes were very dull and acting just idiotic. Effects used were cartoon like and its just difficult to see grown men react to kids. Kazaam, much like double team, could have been left to actors, not basketball players.
