Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon), the ditzy but lovable blonde Harvard law school graduate, is back in Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blonde and this time around she is taking on the animal testing industry when she finds out that her beloved pet Bruiser’s Mum is being tested on.
Elle decides that she is going to free Bruiser's mom and is soon smack bang in the middle of her biggest challenge yet. She soon realizes that she cannot fight the law therefore, she has to change it. So she sets to Washington to change the law not just for this one dog, but for every animal in the country. Along the way she gets some help from her sorority sisters.
Luke Wilson is also back as Emmett her fiancé. Regina King is her difficult officemate, Jennifer Coolidge delights with her comedic timing …
