Extremely simple minded and idiotic, it was funnier back when it first came out. Of course it was destined to be ludicrous with Jamie Kennedy and the plot. But it did keep up the story line pretty well, never a dull moment. All in all it isn't the worst movie I've ever seen. Except the rat voiced by Snoop Dogg, that was enough to ruin the entire film.
