Strictly middle-of-the-road action film where Vin Diesel is pretty much playing the kind of generic angry guy. Save this for a very rainy day, or simply pass this one up - you won't miss anything important.

It was not one of Vin Diesel's best performances, but it was still good. There was gun play, i'm happy. The good guys won in the end, that is all that matters.

Breaking laws and busting skulls!

Vin Diesel and Larenz Tate star as Sean Vetter and Demetrius Hicks, DEA agents, who have just busted the Mexican drug lord Memo Lucero (played by Geno Silva) after tracking him for seven long years. But not long after celebrating their latest arrest, Vetter's beloved wife, Stacy, is killed by a couple of thugs, apparently hired by a new and mysterious drug lord who calls himself El Diablo. Out for revenge, Vetter stalks the streets for information on this El Diablo, and he doesn't care just how far he has to go to get his vengeance even if it means seeking help from Lucero in order to catch the mysterious new leader...
