This is an excellent story and very well told. I am surprised it doesn't get more notice as it really is good. Well worth watching if you love kind of odd epic kinds of films. Really great characters.

Australia and Kenneth Branagh...what could be better? Well, take three amazing girls and put them on an impossible mission, to walk across the Australian Outback with literally nothing but the clothes on their backs and the kindness of those that they find along their way and what you have is a brilliant motion picture directed by Phillip Noyce. I enjoyed thoroughly the performances and the amazing writing. This is a story of the true test of human endurance and the strength of the human spirit. Highly recommended.

The real footage that we see at the end of the film is so powerful that the whole essence of what you have just watched becomes even more …
