Slightly better-than-average action / thriller with the requisite number of twists thrown in. I like Colin Farrell, but he doesn't pair well with Al Pacino for whatever reason. The story is pretty good, but the chemistry is not there.

Trust, Betrayal, Deception! In "The Recruit," nothing is what it seems.

He catches the eye of a major computer company, as well as the eye of CIA recruiter Walter Burke (Al Pacino) who tells James that he has the perfect combination of attitude and aptitude to be a great operative.
