In the end Dominic tests reality with his spinning top, but is distracted by his children before seeing the the top fall indicating that the whole thing may still be a dream. I will say that this is the sort of movie that's tailor made to produce sequels because the very last scene leaves everything wide open to continue exploring whether or not Cobb is actually back in reality. Nolan has indeed incepted our minds.

Just curious about fellow member's thoughts about the conclusion since its response were mostly positive. Reviving a thread of this very cool flick.

I haven't seen any good movie ever since I.nception... this year's list so far hasn't been impressive... I will definitely add this movie to my collection of DVDs

Hello, everybody. I tried watching INCEPTION on DVD and could not make heads or tails of it so by the time about fifteen minutes of gibberish had transpired, I found something else to do. The way the first fifteen minutes of gibberish were presented, the movie reminded me of someone explaining a Philip K. Dick novel.

I loved this movie even though I did not understand everything. Leo has been great in his last 5 or 6 movies. One of my favorite is The Departed.Favorite part of this movie is probably when leo's character gets back home and he sees his two kids.

Chris,Agree with your points. To me, the Academy Awards seemed virtually pointless without noms for Nolan and DiCaprio. I think Inception will remain a timeless piece for quite some time to come.

I should note that Nolas wasn't the only one robbed at the Oscars - DiCaprio has been overlooked for far too long. But Inception is definitely a film that gets better with repeat viewings.
