My Box Office Prediction
Opening: $100 Million
Domestic: $316 Million
Overseas: $600 Million
Worldwide: $916 Million
My Say: The first film was a major box office success ($368 Million Domestically, $875 WW) and received decent reviews (Certified Fresh At 73% on RT) Though audiences only thought it was okay. Despite that, I still think the sequel will be a major win for Universal considering kids liked the first one and once again that clever premise of its predecessor and the sequel. Despite Toy Story 4 coming out 2 weeks later, Pets 2 should do just fine.
