One Day in September is a very good documentary about the massacre of the 11 Israeli athletes by Black September/PLO terrorists at the 1972 Olympics, in Munich. It's a rather sad, but necessary documentary, that cries for an immediate politically-based, peaceful solution to the decades-old Israeli-Palestinian debacle in the form of a two-state solution. The story describing one of the Palestinians who helped sponsor this act against the Israeli Athletes at Munich and how he became a terrorist, as well as the graphic showings of the carnage could be a bit much for somebody underage, and it's brutal, but necessary. However, the behavior on the part of the International Olympics Committee (i. e. just putting the flags at half-mast and then stopping the games for a day, and then resuming business as usual), despite international protests to stop the Olympic games altogether, was rather disgusting..and inexcusable.
