Hunger Game Review:
Having read The Hunger Games I had a set of expectations that weren't met in the movie. There was a lack of character development that deprived the audience of a lasting impression, which also took away from the relationship that would've taken place if done properly. Although i understand the necessary need to cut certain scenes/parts to downsize the air time, there were essential parts that were missing. For example the character Katniss establishes a mindset to win at all cost and uses the Games to her advantage, which leads to the manipulation of the Capital and a conflicting romance between Peeta and Katniss.
