The Secret Window is an interesting movie that is fun to watch despite its lack of thrill and suspense. The movie is about a mid-aged writer, Mort Rainey, who believes that he is being stalked and harassed by a crazy fan. The crazy fan calls himself Shooter and attempts to scare Mort into changing the ending of his book, which he believes Mort stole from him. The ending of the movie is clever and helps the viewer to understand a lot about the movie when you find out that the main character, Mort, has schizophrenia and “is” Shooter.
