Go see the Hunger Games, Cabin in the Woods, and the 5-Year Engagement. They'll change your mind.

The Hunger Games Review comment
What, no love for Stanley Tucci or Woody Harrelson? There is no way this is worse than Twilight. The Hunger Games is far from perfect, but I didn't find it near as bad.

This year better turn around quick. Nothing better than 2 or 2.5 stars so far.

Sorry it took me so long to get back. I love love love this website. It is cool because it lets you put a brief description of the movies if it isn't already on here. And a lot of people's descriptions that I have read through are really good and really accurate. Do you mind if I get back to you on the Facebook thing? It sounds cool, but I usually am a private person. Thanks for listening. :-)

I thought Domino was very good. It had Kiera Knightly in it and she played a sexy hard a**. It had a lot of good actors in it and it was based on a true story about girl who became a bounty hunter named Domino Harvey. It is a movie for everyone, I think. Not just a chick flick. It has some action and some other fun stuff in it. You should check it out. :-)

Couldn't agree more. We seem to have the exact same feelings on this one.

It was a tough call - but Cabin in the Woods is really aimed at a very specific audience - it's not quite classic horror, it's not quite a Scream parody - it stands on its own. That is both its gift and curse - I thought it worked pretty well, but it's such a narrow window of people who will appreciate it that it's hard to justify a higher rating. The biggest detraction might be that it won't stand up to repeat viewings, once you know the twist, it loses the impact. Still, it gives me hope …

I personally prefer Battle Royale over Hunger Games - not that Hunger Games is a bad movie, just wasn't quite as amazing as has been advertised.

I'm not a comic book guy but I love superhero movies. I heard they were going to do a Fantastic Four Reboot and it got me thinking who I would like to see play the roles. Tell me what you think.
Reed Richards: Jon Hamm
Sue Storm: Charlize Theron
Johnny Storm: Ben Foster
Ben Grimm: Vin Diesel
Victor Von Doom: Michael C. Hall
