Between Zodiac and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - I may give the edge to Tattoo, if only because while Zodiac has a compelling story, it's also a lot slower to build up. Liike pretty much every Fincher film (well, aside from The Social Network maybe) it's not the kind of film you just pop in and watch. Just like Se7en, both are a bit dark for casual viewing.

No, not yet. I think I'm going to borrow it from the library.

I never saw Secretariat and I did watch Seabiscuit when it was new. I don't remember too much of it, but as of right now I'd say that War Horse is the better of the two because there are a few memorable moments in it.

I can see why 'War Horse' has and will receive nominations. It's the usual type of heartfelt drama that has won over the award givers for decades. I recognize it as a good film, but not as one of the best of the year simply for the reasons stated in my review.

In my opinion, Gran Torino is the second best Eastwood movie ever. I mean, the ending was NOT AT ALL predictable. It was awesome.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol Review comment
I'm watching this on Monday with my dad - it looks like most reviews are positive and I have a feeling I will enjoy it! Hopefully much better than Holmes turned out.

Oh man, I loved this movie! How could you not love this movie?!

Hahaha. You know me, the movie has to be pretty damn good for me to give it anything more than a 3. And it has to be absolutely perfect to be a 4.

This is not a bad movie, maybe you got the Chinese dubbed, then translated back into English version??? Plus you have your rating in your review different than the rating for the movie itself.
