That's exactly what I figured after seeing the trailers - I'll probably catch this when I rent or stream it.

Yes, I am definitely starting to like Joseph Gordon-Levitt movies.

Good call on Paths of Glory - finally got to watch it over the weekend. Now I'll have to pick up The Killing next time I go on a Criterion spree.

Mel should his roles better. At least this should bring him back from his personal setback.

I myself have thought of what might happen should the cast of Jersey Shore find themselves covered in blood and shoved into a shark tank. I guess I understand the message of God Bless American, but for a movie that's about two people fighting back against mean, rude and bigoted people, the entire film is a little mean-spirited for its own good. It's different, but a bit darker than what I was expecting.

I've also found that Netflix streaming actually has a decent selection of Criterion movies. I know I'm a collector at heart, but I was able to see Carnival of Souls, Slacker, Cul-de-Sac and I have Black Narcissus in my que.

I actually just started getting Criterion Blu-Rays recently - I admit, most of mine are just the standard DVDs. However, the ones that are in Blu-Ray are: Tokyo Drifter, Charade, Last Year at Marienbad, House, 8 1/2 and Solaris. I usually stick with DVD due to price, but I found that if I need to expand my collection, the local Barnes and Noble is the only place that has an actual Criterion section.

So far all the Wes Anderson fans have loved this movie. I would have to say this is my favorite out of all his films thus far and, as things stand, I think it's the best movie of 2012.
