Hannibal Rising Review comment
This was not a great "Hannibal" movie. But I liked it for the fact that it was an attempt to help us "understand" Hannibal. In this film, unlike the others, we all are kind of pulling for Hannibal. In the later films, while we don't want Hannibal killed, we do want him stopped.
But in this film, we want him to carry out the vengeance so richly deserved by these war criminals. II think most of us would feel that Hannibal is well within the right to seek out and destroy these men who …

I completely missed your message on Ponyo. I don't see a date set for release here yet. My guess is it will have a limited release sometime in 2009, hopefully sooner rather than later.
