I was actually just reading something interesting in a booklet that comes with the complete soundtrack. Burton apparently chose to use untrained singers because that's how it would really be. If life were a musical, not everybody would be a great singer like in most movie musicals. Some people are brilliant and most people can at least carry a tune, but having everybody be amazing is just not real. I dunno, I thought it was interesting. I'm think I may just be rambling now though.

Juno was good to see twice. Of course there was the inevitable, ok i just saw this recently so i know this is going to happen, but still it was pretty entertaining. But if I hear Ellen Page say "shenanigans" again I may scream.

That's alright. You just didn't seem like you knew what you were getting into, which is what I'm afraid for with a lot of people seeing it. To each his own I suppose.

Been pretty busy myself, working on the models for my next animation. So between my day job as the network admin at the company I'm workin for, workin on the animation, and trying to balance some kind of social life I have been busy as hell. So now I'm trying to catch up, I figure I have to sign in every so often to maintain the Movie God status lol.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street Review comment
I knew it was a musical. I didn't realize the movie adaptation was going to stay so true to it. With that said I still would have gone and seen it because I love Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. But I still would have been disappointed. Just not my cup of tea.
