As far as my taste in movies go, I generally despise romantic comedies. And, I love movies that have something unique about them.

Oh, I didn't mean to come down on you that hard. You certainly have nothing to apologize for. I almost liked it, and in a way, I kinda did like it. I'll just take your advice and watch it again some time later. As for the Maltese Falcon, if it had Humphrey Bogart in it, then you watched the 1941 version, which is the most famous one. If it had Bette Davis in it, then you watched the 1936 version, which is actually titled, "Satan Met a Lady." And, if it had neither of them in it, then you …

Hey, Allison, I watched "Anatomy of a Murder" today. In fact, I bought it due to your recommendation. And, I gotta say, it just wasn't very good. I still think that you have very good taste in movies. It's just that, sometimes, our tastes run in different directions. lol. Now, I'll make a recommendation for you. If you like suspense, and if the Hitch is your favorite director then I know you do, might I suggest watching "the Maltese Falcon?" It's a very good, suspenseful movie.
