The best thing about this movie was Paul Williams as the pimp Julius Kurtz & Richard Crenna as the police sargent trying to find something to charge him with & make it stick.I think the sniper story was weak & if they left it out, I wouldn't have missed it.If nothing else, This movie is worth watching just to see Paul Williams as Kurtz
