Usually I love these type of gangster movies so I expected to like this movie right from the start but Outrage just felt dull & flat.For some reason I couldn't get into the story & everything was confusing.I finally started getting into it maybe about the middle but by then I just felt like I was watching it just to be watching it.This is the 1st Asian gangster flick that I truly did not like
