Underrated and the best "Bounty" movie ever

This is by far the best movie version of the classic story about the mutiny on the Bounty. An absolutely top notch cast, with great central performances by Anthony Hopkins and Mel Gibson. Liam Neeson and Daniel Day Lewis are also on board as supporting chararcters. The movie is not fast paced, but does get intense when it needs to be. The cinematography and musical score by the great Vangelis are also terrific. An engrossing historical epic.
