A good mystery

This is one movie that I thought I would hate, but it turned out to be pretty good. I tend not to like movies that focus on the gore and shock value more than they do the story. Needle has a fair amount of gore, but the majority of the movie is spent on introducing the characters.
I am hesitant to say too much, but the movie does start out with a death. The villain of the flick stays an utter mystery until the very end and I like that. There are many people who it could be and you'll spend a portion of the film trying to figure out who it is.
I give it 2 and a half out of 4 stars.
