Light and frothy!

`Harry: I've never seen a woman that age naked before.'
Jack Nicholson is terrific as Harry, a chauvinistic 63-year old recording company executive, with a penchant for younger women. Diane Keaton is perfect as an uptight playwright Erica Barry, a divorcee who has avoided any entanglements since her marriage ended years ago. Harry is dating her knock-out 31 year old daughter Marin, played by (Amanda Peet) who plays his latest 'lover', but in fact they have not actually 'done it' yet.
That night Harry suffers a near-fatal heart attack while the two are “fooling around” at her mom's beach house and is taken to the hospital where his hunky Physician Julian Mercer (Keanu Reeves) takes care of him but also takes a fancy to the older but still sexy Erica. (I did enjoy that Keanu Reeves is honestly played for eye candy competition) Meanwhile Harry is unable to travel and Erica is forced to take care of him while he recuperates. Put off at first, her feelings change once she gets to know him. The rest of the movie follows the typical pattern of your average Hollywood romantic comedy with a great yet tragically under-used Frances McDormand as Erica's sister.
Unexpectedly funny and uniquely entertaining because lovemaking between 50-60 year olds isn't something that you'd necessarily want to see!
