Better than I expected!

Ben Holmes (Ben Affleck) plays a straight-laced writer from New York who's about to get married. He boards an airplane to get to Georgia where his fiancée Bridget (Maura Tierney) is waiting for him and there he meets the delectable and spontaneous Sara (Sandra Bullock). The plane has a crash before it even leaves the ground and Ben saves Sara's life. Both are traveling from New York to Georgia - he to get married and she to resolve some personal loose ends so the two join up to head to Savannah. Along the way bad luck and terrible weather prolongs their trip even more than they imagined. Ben becomes attracted to Sara and has doubts about his upcoming marriage. The ending of the tale goes the better of the two possible ways, and shows that Hollywood does sometimes come up with a script which doesn't follow the norms. Ben Affleck is surely eye candy so too bad that particular scenario at the nightclub wasn’t racier--I wouldn't have minded seeing Affleck baring it all lol). The charismatic Steve Zahn is underused but nevertheless this is a fun road-buddy flick.
