Etta Milford is a caring wife and devoted mom but when her husband, Chester (Luke Perry) continuously blow all their life savings on his hare-brained inventions, she decides to take matters into her own hands if she wants her boys to go to college. Etta concocts a devious plan to get back money for her family which includes holding up her own husband's liquor store, robbing her father’s grocery store and blackmailing the sheriff. Will Etta avoid ending up in can and pull her family together once and for all??? You’ll just have to watch to find out. It’s no blockbuster but it is a charming enjoyable watch.
