Just what i expected it to be...hilarious...

The story is about a young high school student Becca Crane, who is torn between 2 boys - a vampire and a childhood friend when she moves to Sporks to live with her father Sheriff Frank (Diedrich Bader). Sounds familiar….well it is not the infamous Twilight that you’re no doubt familiar with unless you’ve been living on the moon these past few years but instead a spoof of the popular "Twilight" saga.
Having seen the Twilight films myself I was intrigued to see how much detail would go into making it look as similar as possible. And it is really well done with the costumes, set design and characters, particularly Jenn Proske (in her debut film) who absolutely nailed the "Bella" character, right down to her awkward twitches and lovelorn stares - I was in tears of laughter during every scene. I thought the end-title sequence with a music track by Marilyn Manson titled "If I Was Your Vampire" is a good touch.
So if you hated that pale strange guy with the weird eyes staring at you whenever you went in….the theatre, a book store, a clothing store...well just about anywhere, really then you’ll get a kick out of watching this one….what can I say….I more of a team Jacob gal haha. Also starring Ken Jeong, (the Chinese dude from The Hangover) in a small role!
