Halle Berry plays a 911 operator who gets a call from a sixteen year old kidnapped girl (Abigail Breslin) who’s being held in the trunk of a car. Apparently this psycho killer Michael kidnaps girls who remind him of his departed sister. His latest kidnap victim is Casey but what the killer doesn’t realize is that Jordon was in a similar situation before and this time around she will not let the killer get the better of her. There's plenty of murder and mayhem along the way as the police, led by Officer Paul Phillips (Morris Chestnut) frantically try to locate the vehicle. The psycho Michael is very believably played by Canadian actor Michael Eklund and Abigail did a great job as the victim. Edge-of-your-seat suspense that makes me almost forget the implausible plot holes.
