Spectacular continuation of the music scene started by Penelope Spheeris in 1981. Here, she asks more probing questions in a world where consequences aren't an issue and the rebellion has turned into egotism and carelessness. It's more fascinating in viewing the lifestyles of the rock 'n rollers than a document of the current music state. Final Grade: B+
